Regulatory Review

•	Opportunity for Public Comment on Retrospective Review of the Regulations and Pending Regulations Per Executive Order S-2-03 Department of Toxic Substances Control

•	Regulations Adopted, Amended Or Repealed , January 1999 - November 2003

Although the public comment period for DTSC's retrospective review of regulations is now over, DTSC welcomes petitions for the adoption, amendment or repeal of regulations as provided by Government Code section 11340.6. Petitioners are simply required to state the following clearly and concisely:

The substance or nature of the regulation, amendment, or repeal requested.
The reason for the request.
DTSC's legal authority to take the action requested.

Petitions can be e-mailed to the Regulations Coordinator, Office of Environmental Analysis Regulations and Audits, at regs@dtsc.ca.gov or can be sent by regular mail at 1001 I Street, P.O. Box 806, Sacramento, CA 95812.
