Facility History The Tyco Menlo Park Facility, previously owned by Raychem Corporation, is a materials science company that develops and supplies high performance products for the aerospace, automotive, construction, electronics, electrical power, process and telecommunications industries. The contaminants in the soil and groundwater, resulting from the manufacturing operations include Volatile Organic Compounds, Semi Volatile Organic Compounds, Metals, Total Recoverable Petroleum Hydrocarbons, Polychlorinated Biphenyls, polychlorinated Dioxins and Dibenzofurans.
