HWMP Restrictions Facility Detail Shipley Company, LLC 2631 Michelle Drive
Facility History The Morton International Dynachem doing business as Shipley Company, LLC and its affiliates used the property for manufacturing and distributing of chemical products for the circuit board industry from 1975 to 2003. DTSC issued a permit on June 28, 1986, and the facility closed the operation on February 11, 2002. The facility entered into a Corrective Action Consent Agreement (CACA) with DTSC on March 17, 2003 to address residual contamination left in place. The subsurface soil within five feet below ground surface at the site contains Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), including benzene, ethyl benzene, methyl ethyl ketone, toluene, and xylenes.
