Facilities in Appeal Process

There are several phases which are part of the permit appeals process: 

Phase 1:    Petition for Review Filed
Phase 2:    Petition for Review Granted or Denied
Phase 3:    Public Notice of Briefing Period
Phase 4:    Appeals Awaiting Final DTSC Decision
Phase 5:    Permit Appeal Decision Complete
